They built a very fat business (from what I can remember).

Then she woke up one morning and couldn’t log in to her account.
All her hard work … gone.

Apparently, her account got hacked.
And just like that she lost everything she had built and had to start all over again.
It is stories like this that make me biased towards email marketing.
But even when using social media, I always advise building an email list and backing it up frequently.
Just so you don’t lose all your effort to a keyboard-happy hacker or an Instagram algorithm that decides to take your account down.
