If you struggle with coming up with email ideas, here is a simple tip that can possibly eliminate that problem …
And maybe even grant you unlimited email ideas.
Here’s what I mean:
A few months ago, I was talking to a friend who is a fashion designer and I asked her:
“How do you get ideas for your designs?”
And her response, when applied to email, can vanish writer’s block and even give you too many ideas to write.
What was her response?
“Everything is inspiration.”
Everything inspired her.
From random pictures she saw, to sea shells on a beach and everything in between.
Which means she always had ideas for new collections and designs – at all times.
When applied to email, seemingly small everyday events can serve as inspiration for your email, if you’re paying attention.
Email is a very friendly marketing medium.
Which means you can pretty much talk about anything (provided you’re interesting) and your audience will read it.
One way to use this tip is to extract lessons when you watch any interesting YouTube video.
For instance, whenever I watch a really interesting YouTube video (whether or not it relates to marketing), I just tell the story from the video and bring out a marketing lesson there.
This tip can easily be applied to your product/service.
And if you are paying attention, inspiration is endless.
That being said, if you’re already writing emails but want to improve the results you get from your email marketing, then let’s have a call.
Over the call, we’ll discuss your goals, your marketing strategy, possible improvements we can make and how my email marketing service can move you closer to your goals.
