Sometime last year, I had a consultation call with a business owner who was looking to grow her business.
I really enjoyed the call (she was a delight to talk to) and we discussed everything from her offer to landing page, email sequence and everything in between.
She wanted to work with us on a project but needed to speak to her partners first.
Two weeks later, I get an email from her:
Her business bank account got hacked.
And just like that, all their business revenue vanished — like smoke in the wind.
Poof!
She contacted the right people, tried to recover the money, etc … but it was long gone. If the case was any worse, the business might have gone bankrupt but thankfully, they were still able to keep the lights on.
I believe they are back on their feet now (haven’t spoken to her in a while), but here is why I tell this story:
It is very easy to read a story like this and say “sure, that could never happen to me.”
But that would be a foolish thing to do. I’m pretty sure she never thought it would happen to her either.
And yet, it did.
So it’s always wise to think that if it has happened to someone else, it could happen to you.
Then try to protect yourself.
Anyway, how do you prevent something like this?
Well, I’m no cybersecurity expert, so unfortunately I have no answer for you, my palsky (sarry).
However, there is a simple way to bounce back from this:
In the event that something unfortunate happens, there is a way to generate the “fast cash” you need to stay afloat … while you deal with the bigger problems you have.
What way am I talking about?
Simply do a promotion to your list!
Yup, simply cook up an offer and write a emails selling it. Within a short time, you will get enough income to keep things afloat for a while.
Wait, what? You don’t have an email list?
Well, now is the perfect time to start building it.
Wait! You also don’t know how to write emails? And you don’t want to dedicate time to learn it?
Well, today’s your lucky day.
My team and I work with clients day-in, day-out to write emails that help build relationships with their list and make sales at the same time.
If you would like to make more revenue in your business, but want to leave the email writing to the pros, then let’s have a chat.
Over the chat we’d discuss your business, your goals and how our service can (or can’t) help you move closer to your goals.

If you join you will get my free book that shows you how to multiply the amount of revenue you make in your business using your email list.

One last thing:
Whether or not you want to use my email marketing service, building your list and sending out emails is NOT optional.
At any point, life can throw you a random occurrence that requires some quick cash (a fire breaking out, your business account getting hacked, a loved one falling sick, etc) and in that moment, your email list can be the insurance you didn’t know you needed.
As Gary Halbert once said:
“When it comes to preparing for a disaster, it is better to be months early than a second too late” (paraphrased)
Start building your list and start sending emails today.
An email is enough for the wise.
Fola.
